The Garrington team has some of the most experienced property finders and buying agents in the UK, who collectively offer clients hundreds of years of combined expertise
Philippa Mills Regional Partner - Oxon
Philippa started her working life as a police officer for Thames Valley Police, fulfilling a number of roles including responding to emergency situations, and working in a variety of specialist departments.
In 2004, after thirteen years of policing, it was time for a change. Having always had an interest in property, she began a career in residential sales with a well-respected independent estate agent in Oxfordshire.
Three years later Philippa decided her future lay in representing the buyer instead of the seller, and she became a freelance property finder working for larger search and acquisition companies, assisting their clients with buying and rental searches in the Central and London regions.
Having joined the Garrington team in 2014, Philippa continues to thrive on providing an exceptional and high quality service, driven to exceed clients’ expectations.
Philippa grew up in Oxfordshire and, after spells in Berkshire and London, has settled back in the area. She is an avid sports fan, and particularly enjoys watching football, Formula 1, tennis, and both the summer and winter Olympics.
Lisa Burton Regional Partner - Berks & Bucks

She spent 10 years in top London property agencies all over West and North London, before working for the conveyancing department of a law firm specialising in property. She liaised between estate agents, vendors and purchasers to ensure smooth sales transactions in the quickest time with the minimum fuss.
Before joining Garrington Lisa was the sales and marketing manager for a private city banking institution, arranging short-term finance for investors and developers, from auction purchases to portfolio acquisitions.
Having successfully completed numerous purchases for Garrington clients in West London, Lisa made the move to Berkshiretaking advantage of the education on offer in the county for her children. A natural move for many, Lisa now searches for clients in the areas around Marlow and Cookham and advises not just on property but the school options on offer in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and South Oxfordshire.
Marianne Walsh Regional Partner - Bucks
Marianne has managed properties and their refurbishments in the UK and Europe for over 20 years.

Leading these departments, she has overseen and personally helped thousands of individuals, families and teams to successfully find, evaluate and settle in properties worldwide.

She has built a strong reputation for giving the support required to navigate the local markets and to ease the stress of such important decision making by providing clear, empathetic advice and guidance. She has built, in the process, a wealth of knowledge and a long and varied contact list of associated professionals to further aid the quality of her service.
Marianne has grown up in Buckinghamshire, living and experiencing the many and varied events, traditions, and recreational facilities across the county. Having brought up a family here, she has also gained tremendous insight into schools, facilities and transport links, giving extensive knowledge of the social and logistical opportunities.

Sam Williams Regional Partner - Berks & Surrey
