Market Review – November 2018

The UK property market has continued to meander in October at a time when, traditionally, there is an autumn spike in activity ahead of the run up to Christmas. Instead more sedate conditions are prevalent due to ongoing political and economic uncertainty. Asking prices of new stock entering the market rose by 1% last month.
